What the service does

WORKPAY FI combines an explained public pay calculator with a private work-history app. The app is being developed for people covered by Finland’s asphalt-sector collective agreement, including asphalt workers, drivers, traffic controllers and plant workers. Public guides explain common payslip and working-time concepts.

The app lets you record work, travel and daily allowances, inspect daily and weekly estimates, and optionally send a report to your verified email after finishing the day. Its interface supports Finnish, English, Swedish, Albanian, Russian, Estonian, Kyrgyz and Polish. Public guides currently appear in Finnish and English.

How to use the estimates

WORKPAY is an independent tool. The official sources linked in each guide explain the underlying rules. Your employment contract, applicable collective agreement, working-time arrangement and payroll records determine the actual payment.

The public calculator uses a stated weekday example. The private app contains additional features, but its figures remain estimates and some supplements or agreement-specific rules require a separate check. A WORKPAY email report is your work summary, not a payslip issued by your employer.

Contact hello@workpaying.com for help, feedback, a correction to a guide or a privacy request. For a calculation question, describe the assumptions and the relevant rule. Avoid emailing passwords, personal identity numbers or an unredacted payslip.

This is an actively developed public test service. Check important records against your own notes and employer’s payroll, and keep a separate copy of records you need.
